Statement Clarifying Sunnyday Carers Identity
Sunnyday Carers is an independent disability service provider and is not affiliated, associated, or connected in any way with another disability service provider that operates under a similar or closely resembling name.
Recently, it has come to our attention that due to the similarity in organisational names, there has been confusion among members of the community, participants, families, and other stakeholders. We would like to respectfully clarify that Sunnyday Carers operates as a separate organisation with its own management structure, operational policies, staff, and service standards.
Our organisation has built its reputation on professionalism, ethical practice, and compliance with the relevant regulatory frameworks within the disability sector, including adherence to the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct. We take great pride in maintaining high-quality service delivery and ensuring the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of all participants we support.
While another organisation may operate under a similar name, their operations, management, and reputation are entirely separate from Sunnyday Carers, and we should not be confused or mistaken as being connected with them. Any feedback, concerns, or matters relating to that organisation should be directed to them directly.
Sunnyday Carers remains committed to transparent communication, professional service delivery, and maintaining the trust of our participants, families, and stakeholders. Should anyone require clarification regarding our services or organisational identity, we encourage them to contact our office directly.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that our organisation is clearly distinguished from other providers operating under similar names.
The organisation referenced in recent media coverage is a different provider operating under a similar sounding name. We have no affiliation with them.
